High Knob Fire Tower

There is a magnificant view from this old stone fire tower. It sits on the Virginia/West Virginia border. Parking is available off of US 33. The trail is well marked. Check out: http://www.firelookout.net/Individ_Lookouts/US076_High_Knob.htm

We've had the High Knob lookout on our list for a couple of years now and hadn't gotten around to it yet. From the picture and your description, we'll have to put it on the list of 'must do soon' hikes. Thanks for the info and link!
